Databox offers a free trial that provides access to features based on the plan you choose, allowing you and your team to explore the platform and evaluate if it fits your needs before committing to a subscription. During the trial, you can test different use cases and experience the functionality specific to your selected plan without restrictions.
You don’t need to enter any payment information to start your trial. However, adding a valid payment method during the trial ensures uninterrupted access to Databox once the trial ends.
Start a trial
To start your free trial:
- Create a Databox account by signing up with your email address.
- Once your account is created, your free trial will begin automatically.
- You’ll see a trial countdown banner at the top of your screen indicating how many days remain.
If you already have an active subscription, you are eligible for one trial of a higher-tier plan to explore additional features. Similarly, users who have previously canceled their subscription may also be eligible for a new trial.
If you’ve already used your trial and would like to request another, please reach out via in-app chat and ask to speak with a representative, or email us at help@databox.com.
After the trial ends
At the end of the trial, your account will revert to a limited version unless a subscription plan is selected. You’ll still be able to log in and review your existing data, but features like creating new connections, adding data sources, or building datasets and custom metrics will be restricted until a subscription is activated.
To continue using Databox without disruption:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Select a subscription plan and billing cycle.
- Add a payment method.
