You can enable optional add-ons to enhance your Databox subscription with additional features, support, and customization options. Add-ons are billed on a recurring basis and can be activated without changing your current subscription plan.

Enable an add-on

To enable an add-on for your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in your Databox account.
  2. Locate the Add-ons section at the bottom.
  3. Review available add-ons and select Enable or Setup to add them to your subscription.
  4. Confirm your selection and any associated charges.
  5. Click Enable or Save to apply the changes.

Once enabled, the add-on will be reflected in your active subscription, and the functionality will be available immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I disable an add-on after enabling it?

Yes, recurring add-ons can be canceled at any time. The associated features will be disabled immediately, and any unused time will be prorated as a credit on your next invoice.

Can I trial an add-on before purchasing?

Currently, add-ons do not have separate trial options. If you’re unsure which add-ons are right for you, contact Support for guidance.

How do I know which add-ons are available for my account?

Go to the Settings > Billing page in your Databox account to view and manage available add-ons based on your plan and usage.

Where can I see which add-ons are currently active?

Your active add-ons are listed in the Your subscription section of the Billing page in your account settings.

Will I be charged immediately after enabling an add-on?

Yes, enabling an add-on triggers immediate billing. Recurring add-ons are billed at a prorated amount for the current period and then included in your regular billing cycle moving forward.
