## How much historical data is synced when you first connect X (Twitter**)** Ads to Databox?

When you connect a new X (Twitter) Ads Data Source in Databox, 24 months worth of historical data is initially synced.

Certain Metrics may have more or less historical data available. For more information about the amount of historical data available for a specific Metric, please contact our Support Team at [help@databox.com](mailto:help@databox.com).

Once your X (Twitter) Ads Data Source is connected and actively syncing data, we store the data that's collected in our own database. This allows us to accumulate more data over time as more data syncs are made so that you can report on more historical X (Twitter) Ads data in your Databox reports. Learn more [here](/data-sync-storage-security-in-databox).

## What time zone does X (Twitter) Ads data sync in?

X (Twitter) Ads data is synced in UTC.

## Additional Information

- Due to an API limitation, we can only fetch campaigns from the API where their effective status is active. Otherwise, no data will be displayed on Databoards (e.g. for "Paused" or "Halted" campaign statuses).
- The 100 most recently updated Campaigns are being synced for all Campaign Metrics.
