Why is my HubSpot Blog, Landing Page and Email data missing?
Before you connect Hubspot Marketing & Hubspot CRM/Sales, you need to make sure you have the correct permissions selected. Please contact your account owner to set permissions for your user.
To be able to also see blog and email related data, it's recommended that you connect your HubSpot accounts to Databox with Super Admin Permissions:
To connect HubSpot Marketing, you will need Marketing Access and 'Write and Publish' permissions for Blog, Landing Pages and Email. Here's how to set this up in your HubSpot portal:
HubSpot has updated their user permission requirements, so there are a lot of nuances that are now involved. Because of that, to ensure you are able to access the full content scope (Landing Pages, Blogs, etc.), we recommend you connect the HubSpot portal to Databox with Super Admin user permissions.
Within HubSpot CRM, navigate to Settings > Users & Teams. To connect HubSpot CRM/Sales, you will need one of the following:
Validate the Connection in Databox
Once you have the correct permission levels in HubSpot, you'll need to reconnect the Data Source(s) in Databox.
- If you see the Reconnect option available in the Data Manager, you can click this to reconnect the existing Data Source with your new permissions.
- If the Reconnect option is not available in the Data Manger, you can add this Data Source as a new connection and delete the original. Any Databoards that were populated with data from the original connection can be updated with data from the new connection.
- If you were unable to get the necessary permissions for the Account, you can have a 3rd party connect the Data Source(s) by following these steps.
