When you edit an account template, you can apply those changes to Databoards that were created using that template. This ensures consistency across all Databoards and reduces the time spent updating each one individually.

Edit a template

To edit a template and apply changes across Databoards:

  1. Go to the Databoards > Account Templates page.
  2. Hover over the template you want to update and click Edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the template layout, visualizations, or settings.
  4. Click Update Databoards at the top right.
  5. Select the Databoards you want to update with the new template changes.
  6. Review the changes and click Select.
  7. Confirm by clicking Yes, update in the confirmation dialog.

CautionCaution: Applying template changes will overwrite the selected Databoards with the new structure and visualizations, so review the changes carefully before confirming.
