When you edit an account template, you can apply those changes to dashboards that were created using that template. This ensures consistency across all dashboards and reduces the time spent updating each one individually.

Edit a template

To edit a template and apply changes across dashboards:

  1. Go to the Reporting & analytics > dashboards > Account Templates page.
  2. Hover over the template you want to update and click Edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the template layout, visualizations, or settings.
  4. Click Update dashboards at the top right.
  5. Select the dashboards you want to update with the new template changes.
  6. Review the changes and click Select.
  7. Confirm by clicking Yes, update in the confirmation dialog.

CautionCaution: Applying template changes will overwrite the selected dashboards with the new structure and visualizations, so review the changes carefully before confirming.
