      How to purchase the 15-minute sync add-on for a Data Source

      Data sync frequency is determined based on plan and Account activity. You can learn more about how your data is synced here. 

      If you'd like to increase your data sync frequency, we offer 15-minute syncs for many of our Data Sources.

      15-minute sync is available for 5 Data Sources as part of the Premium plan. 

      Admins on Free, Starter, Professional, and Growth plans can purchase the 15-minute sync add-on for their Data Sources. (One Add-on = 1 Data Source).

      Pro Tip: Only Admin users will be able to purchase the 15-minute sync add-on. Other users will be able to change the sync frequency, but will not be able to purchase the add-on directly.

      How to purchase the 15-minute sync add-on from your Data Source connections page

      1. Navigate to Data Manager from the left-hand navigation.
      2. Find the Data Source you'd like to purchase the 15-minute sync for, using the Search bar, if necessary.
      3. Under Status, select the arrow next to the current syncing interval. This will open a pop-up window.
        1. If you are on the Account Management Application (AMA), you can update the sync interval by selecting Data update.
      4. Click on the drop-down arrow under Data update frequency and select up to every 15 minutes.
      5. To confirm the purchase of the 15-minute sync add-on, select Enable.

      1. Navigate to Data Manager from the left-hand navigation. 
      2. Find the Data Source you'd like to purchase the 15-minute sync for, using the Search bar, if necessary.
      3. Click on the Details button to open the Data Source Settings.
      4. Under Update Frequency select Change. This will open a pop-up window.
      5. Click on the drop-down arrow under Data update frequency and select up to every 15 minutes.
      6. To confirm the purchase of the 15-minute sync add-on, select Enable. 

      How to purchase the 15-minute sync add-on from the Billing page

      1. Navigate to Account > Billing.
      2. At the bottom of the billing page, search for the 15-minute sync add-on.
      3. Select Setup.
      4. Click on the drop-down arrow under Data Source connection and find the Data Source you'd like to purchase the 15-minute sync for. 
      5. Click on the drop-down arrow under Data update frequency and select up to every 15 minutes.
      6. To confirm the purchase of the 15-minute sync add-on, select Enable.
