Active user sessions represent all devices and locations where users are currently signed in to Databox. Reviewing sessions helps you spot unusual activity, identify outdated logins, and keep your account secure. Regular reviews are important because they can help detect unauthorized logins early, prevent security risks, and ensure only trusted devices remain connected. If you notice a session you don’t recognize, you can immediately terminate it to protect your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see past sessions?

No. The Active user sessions page only shows sessions that are currently active.

How are active user sessions different from login records?

Active user sessions show which logins are still active, while login records show when a sign-in happened.

What happens if I terminate my own session?

You will be signed out from that device and must sign in again.
