# Review login records

Login records show when and where users have signed in to Databox. Reviewing these records helps you confirm legitimate activity, spot unusual sign-ins, and improve account security. If you notice a login you don't recognize, you can use this information to take action, such as updating your password or contacting Databox Support.

## Review login records

You can view details about each login, search or filter records to narrow results, and track account activity over time. This gives you visibility into how and when your account is accessed.

### View active sessions

1. Go to [Account Management > Advanced security > Login records](https://account.databox.com/security/login-records).
2. **Check the session details**, including:
  1. **User** — the account owner of the login.
  2. **Account** — the Databox account the user signed in to.
  3. **Application** — the application used to sign in.
  4. **IP (Location)** — the IP and location the user signed in from.
  5. **Device (Browser)** — the device and browser used.
  6. **Created On** — the date and time the login occurred.

### Filter and search sessions

- **Use the search box** to quickly find login records.
- **Filter by account, user, or application** to narrow down results.
