  1. 1–2 writing samples (your published articles)
  2. Social-media profile URL(s)
  3. Three high-level topic ideas
2. Our editorial team reviews applications **within 10 business days**.
3. If approved, you'll receive an **Outline Brief Form** link and next steps.


### 1.3 Pitching Your Article

1. Provide a working title, two-sentence summary, target keyword, and search intent.
2. Include two supporting article examples.
3. We'll respond with feedback, acceptance, or a request for revisions.


### 1.4 Writing & Submission Workflow

1. Submit your outline via the **Content Brief Form (Asana)**.
2. Draft the article (1,500–2,200 words is typical; depth over length is preferred, include images and stats where that applies).
3. Revise based on our comments—expect up to **two** editorial rounds.
4. Send the final Google Doc. We aim to publish **within 4 weeks** of acceptance.

1. You'll be notified when the post is live plus receive social-sharing assets.

## 2. Link Placements

### 2.1 Quality & Relevance Rules

1. Links appear **only** in blog-post body copy—not CTAs, featured snippets, or landing pages.
2. The linked resource must *deepen* the discussion—not compete for the same keyword.
3. Use precise anchor text, spaced **≥ 70 words** from any other link.
4. No affiliate, gambling, crypto, CBD, or other “grey-area” URLs.
5. For swaps, we expect equal-value placements (DA 50 +/ DR 70 + **and** 20k+ monthly visits).
6. Partners receive a confirmation email once the update is published.

### 2.2 How to Request a Link Placement

1. Verify your target page meets **all** criteria in § 2.1.

  1. The Databox blog URL, specific anchor text, and paragraph location
  2. Your target URL **plus** a one-sentence value statement
3. Offer something of equal value (backlink, mention, resource access, etc.).
4. Our team replies **within 7 business days**. Approved links publish in the next bi-weekly cycle.

Each month we publish original research combining proprietary survey data and expert commentary.
