How do I change the Account Owner?

Only the current Account Owner can designate another User as the new Account Owner. If the current Account Owner is no longer with your organization, please email Support at help@databox.com for assistance. 

Below are the steps that the current Account Owner needs to follow to select a new Account Owner. 

  1. Click on the Account icon in the bottom left of the navigation bar   
  2. Navigate to the User Management page
  3. Find the current Account Owner (you), using the Search bar if necessary
  4. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the Profile button in the row where the Account Owner is listed
  5. Select Change Account Owner
  6. Select the new Account Owner from the drop-down list of Users in the Account
  7. Click the green Save button to confirm this change
