Only the current Account Owner can designate another User as the new Account Owner. If the current Account Owner is no longer with your organization, please email Support at email@example.com for assistance.
Below are the steps that the current Account Owner needs to follow to select a new Account Owner.
- Open your Databox Analytics Account and navigate to Account > Account Management to access your Company Information in the Account Management Application.
- Navigate to the Change Owner button and click on it.
- Select the new Account Owner from the drop-down list of Users in the Account
- Click the green Save button to confirm this change
