Only the current Account Owner can designate another User as the new Account Owner. If the current Account Owner is no longer with your organization, please email Support at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Below are the steps that the current Account Owner needs to follow to select a new Account Owner.
- Click on the Account icon in the bottom left of the navigation bar
- Navigate to the User Management page
- Find the current Account Owner (you), using the Search bar if necessary
- Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the Profile button in the row where the Account Owner is listed
- Select Change Account Owner
- Select the new Account Owner from the drop-down list of Users in the Account
- Click the green Save button to confirm this change
