You can use Dimensional Metrics in order to view specific campaigns, countries, ads, and other dimensions on a Databoard.
When building the Databoard, you can choose to dig into a specific dimension (i.e., campaign, country, ad, etc.) or view all dimensions on a visualization. Learn more about using Dimensional Metrics here.
You are not currently able to update the dimension selection when viewing a Databoard, only when building the Databoard. You can request the ability to update the dimension when viewing a Databoard here.
