Why can't I edit a Custom Metric?

If you are a User or Editor on an account, and you have not connected a Data Source then you will not be able to Edit the Custom Metrics created by other users. If you don't have the necessary permissions to edit a Custom Metric, on the Metric Builder page, you'll see the option of Add to Databoard instead of Edit.
