Why are some metrics not showing any historical data?
When you connect a new Data Source to Databox, the amount of historical data that's available in Databox is dependent on your Databox plan and the availability of data from the Data Source's API. Data only starts accumulating in Databox when you first use the metric in your Databox Account.
For example, when you connect a new X (Twitter) Data Source in Databox and use a new metric, no historical data is initially synced.
When you connect a new HubSpot Marketing Data Source in Databox and use a new metric, a maximum of 36 months of historical data will be available for the metric.
