# Restore a deleted Databoard

Users often delete Databoards to declutter their workspace, replace them with updated versions, or because they no longer seem relevant. However, a sudden need for historical data, a change in priorities, or an unintended deletion might make recovery necessary. This guide will walk you through the steps to restore a deleted Databoard and get back to your insights quickly.

## Restore a deleted Databoard

All deleted Databoards are marked as "Recently deleted" and remain accessible for 30 days after deletion. During this period, you can view and restore them individually or in bulk from the Databoards page. Follow the steps below to restore a deleted Databoard:

1. Navigate to the [Databoards](https://app.databox.com/databoards) page.
2. In the filter bar, select **Recently deleted**.
3. Hover over the Databoard(s) you want to restore.
4. Click **Restore** to recover an individual Databoard, or:
5. To restore multiple Databoards at once, click the checkbox at the top left to select them, then click the **down arrow** (![chevron-down](/assets/chevron-down.dfd0e90adc6eb576be32262463090aae7c7f5408ed7975e3795f69775e36d174.419bb737.svg)) at the top of the screen and choose **Restore**.

Yes, you are able to restore any Databoards that you had access to prior to their deletion.

No. Once a Databoard is deleted, it cannot be recovered after 30 days from the date of deletion.
