The Databox navigation bar adapts to your screen — collapsing or expanding based on your resolution — and gives every user a personal favorites list so each person can surface the views they rely on most without digging through the full account.

Add favorite Databoards and reports for quick access

Simplify your workflow by adding your favorite Databoards and reports to the navigation bar for easy access. To do this, hover over the Databoards or reports on their pages, and click the star icon to mark them as favorites. You can also favorite them directly in the Databoard and report editors. Once added, these favorites will remain in your navigation bar, allowing you to quickly access important insights with just one click. If you have many favorites, the list scrolls so all of them are accessible.

FAQ

How can I customize or remove templates from the navigation bar?

Templates will be displayed in the navigation bar until you create at least 3 Databoards or Reports in your account. These sections show unused templates based on the data sources you've connected. Once you've created 3 or more, the templates will no longer appear.

How many items can I add to the Favorites section in the navigation bar?

There is no limit to the number of items you can add to the Favorites section — all of them will be accessible directly from the navigation bar.
