With the Metric Builder for CallRail (Form Submissions), you can create Custom CallRail Metrics based on Form Submissions.
The Metric Builder for CallRail (Form Submissions) can be used to create Custom Metrics "Form Submissions by Source" and "Form Submissions by Landing Page". You can filter the data further by Company.

How to access Custom Metrics and Metric Builder for CallRail (Form Submissions)
Navigate to Metrics > Custom Metrics to access the Metric Builder. Click the green + New Custom Metric button and select your connected CallRail Account from the Data Source drop-down list. Select the Form submissions radio button to access the Metric Builder for CallRail (Form Submissions).
Metric Builder is available on the Professional and higher plans. Request a trial of Metric Builder by following these steps.
How to use the Metric Builder for CallRail (Form Submissions)

Pro Tip: Add the word "by" in between the Metric and Dimension in order to determine an appropriate Custom Metric Name. From the Metric and Dimension examples outlined above, you can create the Custom Metrics "Form Submissions by Source" and "Form Submissions by Landing Page ."
How to create a Custom Form Submissions Metric [Example]
In this example, we'll create a Custom Metric to report on "Form Submissions" tracked in the CallRail Account split up based on "Landing Pages".
- Navigate to Metrics > Custom Metrics
- Click the green + New Custom Metric button
- Select the appropriate CallRail Data Source
- Select the Form submissions radio button
- We will select Form Submissions from the Metric dropdown list
- Next, we'll select Landing Page from the Dimensions drop-down list so that the Form Submissions values returned are split up based on Landing Pages
- We don't need to further Filter the data, so we will leave the Filter section blank as well
- In order to accurately explain what this Custom Metric is reporting on, we'll name the Custom Metric "Form Submissions by Landing Page"
- Click Preview data to generate a Data Preview of the Custom Metric
- Once we confirm that these are the results we're looking for, we'll click Save to save the Custom Metric

Additional Information
- Up to 7500 items are available from CallRail's API. If you have more than 7500 Form Submissions tracked in a Date Range, not all of them will be displayed in Databox.
- Up to 1250 Companies are available from CallRail's API. If you filter your Form Submissions by Company and you have more than 1250 Companies tracked in CallRail, not all of them will be visible in Databox.
