# Integrate SharpSpring with Databox

SharpSpring — now rebranded as Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM — is a marketing automation and CRM platform that helps agencies and growing businesses attract leads, nurture them through behavior-based email journeys, and manage the full sales pipeline from first touch to closed deal. Connecting SharpSpring to Databox brings your lead generation, email engagement, and pipeline data into shared Databoards alongside your other key metrics, so your team can measure marketing and sales performance without switching between tools.

### Step 1: Find your Account ID and Secret Key

Follow [Constant Contact's official guide](https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/lead-gen-crm/articles/KnowledgeBase/50374-Understanding-Lead-Gen--CRM-Open-API-Overview?lang=en_US) to locate your **Account ID** and **Secret Key**.

Keep both credentials readily available, as you'll need to enter them in the next step.

### Step 2: Add a connection

To connect SharpSpring to your Databox account for the [first time](/add-a-connection#add) or with new credentials, enter the **Account ID** and **Secret Key** obtained in the previous step.
