Facebook Pages provide businesses, creators, and organizations with a dedicated space to share updates, connect with audiences, and build their brand presence on Meta’s platform. They offer tools for content publishing, audience engagement, performance insights, and community management — helping users grow visibility, foster relationships, and strengthen their online identity.

Connection

Before you begin

If your credentials don’t include full access to the data source, make sure your access level meets any permission requirements listed in the Specification section of the integration's page in the Metric Library.

Step 1: Add or choose the connection

To connect Facebook Pages to your Databox account for the first time, log in using your Facebook credentials.

If you’ve already established a connection, you can reuse it to add new accounts, as long as those accounts are accessible with the existing connection's credentials.

Step 2: Allow Databox to access your data

When you approve the Databox app, you authorize a secure connection to your Facebook account. This allows Databox to access only the reporting data needed to track and visualize your Pages performance. No changes are made to your Pages, and you can revoke access at any time from your Facebook settings.

pinNote: If your Facebook credentials are saved in your browser, the account may be selected automatically during the connection process. If this isn’t the account you want to connect, we recommend completing the setup in an Incognito window to avoid automatic login.

Step 3: Select the Page

If you manage multiple Pages, select the one you want to connect from list. If you have only one Page, it will be selected automatically.

Some deprecated metrics have already stopped syncing, while others will stop receiving new data by November 15, 2025, Meta’s official cutoff date. Previously synced data will remain accessible in Databox unless the affected metrics are removed from reports or deleted from their places of use.
