Within Databox, Custom Conversion data can be accessed from Facebook Ads using the Metric Builder for Facebook Ads (Pixels). Learn more about the Metric Builder for Facebook Ads (Pixels) here.
In Facebook Ads, this data can be verified by clicking on the Menu icon in the top left corner. In the Events Manager section, click on Custom Conversions to view the Custom Conversion data that is synced with Databox.
This data may differ from any Custom Conversion data that you see when viewing Campaign-, Ad-, and Ad Set-specific data in your Facebook Ads Account.
