How to use Smart alerts

Get instant notifications when your key metrics spike or drop

How Smart alerts work in Databox

Get alerted when important metrics spike or dip (anomalies) with Smart alerts. This new notification type in Databox monitors your metrics and looks for any unusual patterns in your data. If anything is detected, you’ll receive a notification via email or Slack, so you can address issues before they become bigger problems. The Smart alerts feature is based on Databox’s Anomaly detection model, read more about the methodology here.
