# Guide: Using Zoho CRM with Databox (Third-Party Integration)

Zoho CRM can be connected with Databox using our [custom API integrations](/guide-using-zoho-crm-with-databox-custom-api-integration) or our third-party integrations. In this article, we'll explain how to use a third-party integration to sync Zoho CRM data.

You can use third-party integrations such as [Zapier](https://zapier.com/), [Integromat](https://www.integromat.com/en), or the [Databox API](https://developers.google.com/) to sync Zoho CRM data.

## How to use Zapier to sync Zoho CRM data

Zapier is a trigger-based app, meaning you can have certain events (such as a new card being added) trigger certain actions (updating the relevant data and syncing with Databox) using Zaps. Because triggers initiate data syncs, historical data will not be available for metrics that are synced using Zapier.

Whenever possible, it's recommended that you use a Zap Template. This will save you time and will streamline the process of syncing Zoho CRM data with Databox using Zapier.

You can also create Zaps from scratch if a Zap Template isn't available.

## Creating Zaps from scratch for Zoho CRM Metrics

The following Zoho CRM Metrics can also be synced with Databox by creating a Zap from scratch:

- **New Lead**
*(triggered when a new lead is created)*
- **New Contact**
*(triggered when a new contact is created)*
- **New User**
*(triggered when a new active user is added to your Zoho CRM account)*
- **New Module Entry**
*(triggered instantaneously when any entry is created in the specified module)*

## How to use Integromat to sync Zoho CRM data

Integromat is a third-party integration that allows you to sync data between apps. Integromat has a long list of native integrations along with the ability to sync custom data via the API.

Learn more about the Integromat + Databox third-party integration [here](/guide-using-make-formerly-integromat-with-databox-third-party-integration).

Whenever possible, it's recommended that you use an Integromat Template. This will save you time and will streamline the process of syncing Zoho CRM data with Databox using Integromat.

If a Template isn't available, you can sync additional Zoho CRM with Databox using Integromat by setting it up from scratch.

## Syncing additional Zoho CRM Metrics using Integromat

The following Zoho CRM Metrics can also be synced with Databox by setting up the connection from scratch:

- **Watch Object**
*(triggered when a new object is created or updated)*
- **Create Object**
*(triggered when a new object is created)*
- **List Fields**
*(list all available fields for the module)*
- **List Modules**
*(list all available modules)*
- **List Objects**
*(list all available objects)*

## Use the Databox API to sync Zoho CRM data

If you're comfortable using scripting languages or you have developer resources available, you can build your own custom integration and push Zoho CRM data via the Databox API.
