Guide: Using Outreach with Databox

How to connect Outreach to Databox

How to connect Outreach to Databox

To connect an Outreach Account in Databox, go to  Data Sources > + New connection. Type Outreach in the search bar and click on the green Connect button.

This will open the Activation window, where you will be prompted to enter Account information and authorize the Databox app.

The time zone that you select during the connection process will determine the sync schedule of your Outreach Data Source.

How much historical data is synced when you first connect Outreach to Databox?

When you connect a new Outreach Data Source in Databox, the most recent 25,000 results are initially synced.

Certain Metrics may have more or less historical data available. For more information about the amount of historical data available for a specific Metric, please contact our Support Team at help@databox.com.

Pro Tip: Once your Outreach Data Source is connected and actively syncing data, we store the data that's collected in our own database. This allows us to accumulate more data over time as more data syncs are made so that you can report on more historical Outreach data in your Databox reports. Learn more here

What time zone does Outreach data sync in?

During the connection process, you are prompted to select the time zone. This determines the sync schedule for the Data Source. Learn how to edit a Data Source time zone here
