Media creatives are the images featured in your advertisements. Currently, they can only be displayed in table visualizations when reporting on ad-specific metrics. To check availability for a particular metric, refer to the Media Creatives Available parameter on the respective Metric Library page under the Technical Details tab.
- On the relevant Databoard, select the table featuring individual ad performance data
- In the right-hand settings panel, scroll down to the Additional Settings section and enable Show thumbnails under Media Creatives.
Once enabled, a new column with a thumbnail of the creative will be added to the table, displayed alongside the performance data. Hovering over the thumbnail will reveal a larger version of the image.

FAQ
Can I enable media creative previews for custom metrics?
No. Media creative previews are currently limited to basic metrics only and cannot be enabled for custom metrics.
Can I select the thumbnail that gets displayed?
At the moment, selecting specific thumbnails isn't possible. Databox automatically displays the primary thumbnail provided by the software provider's API.
Why can't I use the feature with more integrations and metrics?
We are working on expanding this feature to support more integrations and metrics. However, due to technical limitations, some integrations may not be supported.
