Deleting a client account in Databox can be a practical option when a client is no longer active, their data is no longer needed, or the account needs to be removed for organizational purposes. This ensures a cleaner workspace and prevents unnecessary account clutter, making it easier to manage active clients and focus on current projects.
Delete a client account
To delete a client account in Databox:
- On the Clients > Client Accounts page, click the down arrow and select Delete.
- On the Account Management > Clients page, click the down arrow and select Delete.
A confirmation window will appear, prompting you to confirm the action.
Warning: Deleting a client account will disconnect all associated data sources and stop all data synchronization. This action is irreversible, and all stored data will be permanently erased from the system.
