Why didn't I receive my account confirmation email?

If you didn't receive your Account confirmation email, please check your Spam folder to ensure it wasn't blocked. 

If there's no email in your Spam folder, please make sure that the recipient's email address is correct.

Lastly, add ''no-reply@databox.com'' to your list of email contacts, or ask your administrator to whitelist the email address in question.
