Pro Tip: Once the option is unselected, the add-on will remain active until the end of the billing period. During this time, you can choose a different data source for the add-on.
- If another Data Source is selected within this timeframe, the add-on will not be canceled.
- If you do not select a new data source, the add-on will be canceled automatically when the billing period ends.
- For example, let’s say an Admin purchased 2 add-ons, one for Google Analytics 4 and the other for Google Ads. If the user decides to cancel the Google Ads add-on in the middle of the month, it enters a cancellation period that lasts until the end of the billing cycle. During this period, the user can choose a different data source and set the 15-minute sync option.
