Databox Status Page

Stay informed with real-time updates on system status, incidents, maintenance, and uptime history through the Databox Status Page.

At Databox, transparency is prioritized, especially when it comes to platform reliability. A public Status Page is provided to keep users informed during system incidents, scheduled maintenance, or service disruptions. Timely and visible updates are shared to reduce uncertainty, minimize confusion, and maintain trust through clear communication when unexpected issues occur.

What is the Databox Status Page?

The Status Page is a centralized communication hub for monitoring and sharing the real-time operational status of Databox’s core systems and services. It helps users quickly identify whether issues they’re experiencing are already known and being addressed.

The platform components tracked on the Status Page include:

  • Data & Sync Platform
Handles the creation of connections and data sources, along with the fetching, processing, syncing, and storage of data. This includes scheduled and on-demand syncs across all supported integrations.
  • Databox Web Application
The main web-based application available at app.databox.com, including features like Databoards, AI performance summaries, forecasts, reports, and more.
  • Mobile Apps
The native iOS and Android applications used to view and interact with data on the go.
  • Third-Party API Providers
Databox integrates with many external data services (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce). Because these rely on third-party APIs, any downtime or performance issues on the provider’s side may affect data syncing or availability in Databox.

The Status Page is updated by the Databox engineering team in real time as issues are identified, investigated, or resolved. It is also used to communicate scheduled maintenance and post-mortem summaries when needed.

Overview of Page Sections

Current Status Banner

Located at the top of the page, this section provides a quick summary of the overall system status:

  • All Systems Operational: No issues reported.
  • Partial Outage / Major Outage: One or more services are impacted.
  • Degraded Performance: Services are running but slower than expected.
  • Maintenance: Planned work is in progress.

Components and System Status

Below the banner, a breakdown of individual systems and services is displayed. Each component shows one of the following statuses:

  • Operational: Fully functional.
  • Degraded Performance: Functioning with reduced speed or reliability.
  • Partial Outage: Some functionality is disrupted.
  • Major Outage: The system is unavailable.
  • Under Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance is taking place.

This view helps identify whether an issue is isolated or affecting multiple parts of the platform.

Past Incidents

This section lists past incidents and maintenance events, including:

  1. Date and time of the event
  2. Updates made during the incident
  3. Final resolution details

Users can browse past entries to understand how past issues were handled and how long it took to resolve them.

Historical Uptime

Accessible by clicking View historical uptime above the individual systems breakdown, this section provides access to additional incident and uptime records beyond the standard 90-day view. It allows users to review long-term system performance, identify recurring issues, and evaluate overall platform reliability over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often is the Status Page updated during an incident?

Updates are posted as new information becomes available. During active incidents, the engineering team provides regular updates to keep users informed about progress, workarounds, and resolution timelines.

What should I do if I see an outage on the status page?

If an active incident is reported, it means the engineering team is already aware and investigating. Check for updates in real-time and follow any recommended actions. If the issue persists beyond the reported incident, reach out to Databox Support.
