How the Query Builder for Deals works

To track Deals data like Open Deals, Closed Won Deals, Closed Lost Deals, and Sales Activities during a specified Date Range, you'll want to use the Query Builder for Deals.

How the Query Builder for Company Properties works

To report on Custom Company Properties during a specified Date Range, you'll want to use the Query Builder for Company Properties. 

This Query Builder is also a great way to access Custom Company Properties that are not accessible from Basic HubSpot Metrics. For example, if you wanted to report on the number of Companies for a specific Property, you'd want to set a Custom Company Property in HubSpot. You can then create a Custom Metric in Databox to report on the number of Companies for that Custom Property. 

Sample Custom Metrics: "Count of Companies by Tier," "Count of Companies by Plan Name," "Total Revenue by State/Region," ''Number of Form Submissions by Lead Status''
