How to connect Pipedrive CRM to Databox
To connect a Pipedrive CRM Account in Databox, go to Data Manager > + New connection. Type Pipedrive CRM in the search bar and click on the green Connect button.
This will open the Authorization window, which is where you will be prompted to enter your Pipedrive CRM login credentials and authorize the Databox app.
Which Pipedrive Filters are available in Databox?
You are able to use custom Pipedrive Filters that are set within your Pipedrive CRM account within the Query Builders for Pipedrive CRM. Learn more about Query Builders for Pipedrive CRM here.
Pipedrive Filters are only accessible from within the object where they were created in the Pipedrive CRM Account. This means Filters created in the Deals object will only be visible in the Query Builder for Pipedrive CRM (Deals), Filters created in the Organizations object will only be visible in the Query Builder for Pipedrive CRM (Organizations), etc.
If a Pipedrive Filter is set to Shared in the Pipedrive CRM Account, it will be available in Databox. If a Pipedrive Filter is set to Private in the Pipedrive CRM Account, it will only be visible in Databox if the user who created the private Pipedrive Filter is the same as the user who connected the Pipedrive CRM Account to Databox.
How much historical data is synced when you first connect Pipedrive CRM to Databox?
When you connect a new Pipedrive CRM Data Source in Databox, 12 months worth of historical data is initially synced.
Certain Metrics may have more or less historical data available. For more information about the amount of historical data available for a specific Metric, please contact our Support Team at help@databox.com.
Pro Tip: Once your Pipedrive CRM Data Source is connected and actively syncing data, we store the data that's collected in our own database. This allows us to accumulate more data over time as more data syncs are made so that you can report on more historical Pipedrive CRM data in your Databox reports. Learn more here.
