How to connect Eventbrite to Databox
To connect Eventbrite in Databox, go to Data Sources > + New connection. Type Eventbrite in the search bar and click on the green Connect button.
This will open the Authorization window, which is where you will be prompted to enter your Eventbrite login credentials and authorize the Databox app.
Pro Tip: Each connection syncs data for 1 specific event. To report on multiple events, connect the Eventbrite Data Source multiple times. If you do not have any events in your Eventbrite Account, it can not be connected to Databox.
How much historical data is synced when you first connect Eventbrite to Databox?
When you connect a new Eventbrite Data Source in Databox, 24 months' worth of historical data is initially synced.
Certain Metrics may have more or less historical data available. For more information about the amount of historical data available for a specific Metric, please contact our Support Team at help@databox.com.
Pro Tip: Once your Eventbrite Data Source is connected and actively syncing data, we store the data that's collected in our own database. This allows us to accumulate more data over time as more data syncs are made so that you can report on more historical Eventbrite data in your Databox reports. Learn more here.
What time zone does Eventbrite data sync in?
Eventbrite data is synced in the time zone set in the Eventbrite Account. For example, if your Eventbrite time zone is set as EST, your Eventbrite data will sync with Databox in EST.
