Guide: Using Asana with Databox (DEPRECATED)

Due to performance issues with the Asana integration, including the inability to ensure reliable data syncing, we have decided to temporarily remove the Asana integration from our public directory and restricted any new Data Source connections.

There are some alternative ways to sync Asana data with Databox, including using 3rd party integrations or our Custom Integrations Service

If you are interested to natively connect Asana with Databox again, feel free to upvote on its development here.

Please contact our Support Team directly via chat or email ( with any questions.

Additional Information

Metric Considerations

  • All "Tasks Completed" Metrics : If tasks are opened and closed multiple times in your Account, the "Tasks Completed" value in Asana may be lower than the "Tasks Completed" value in Databox. If you open and close a given task multiple times in the same day, it would not influence the "Tasks Completed" count.
  • "Contact Conversation Rate by Source:" Comparison data is only available for the "Previous Period." "Same Period Last Year" comparisons are not supported for this Metric.
  • Tasks Created (Assigned): If tasks are created and not assigned in the same day, the "Tasks Created (Assigned)" value would not be increased in Databox. This is because "Tasks Created" data is synced with Databox based on the Create Date.

Integration Considerations

  • All Metrics that contain "(Project)" and "(Assigned)": "Project" and "Assigned" Metrics are limited to a maximum of 500 Projects/ Assigned Tasks. If there are 501 Projects in your Account, the 501st will not be recognized by Databox.

For all other Metrics, a maximum of 10,000 results are synced with Databox.
