How to access Plans & Billing

To access your plan and billing information, navigate to Plans & Billing. 

Pro Tip: Account Details are only accessible to "Admins" and are not accessible during the onboarding period.

How to update your billing information

 Navigate to Account > Plans & Billing

 Click Change card to change the Credit Card associated with your Account

 In the Invoicing section, enter the email address of the person you would like to receive billing invoices in the text box

 Click the green Save button to save the invoice recipient

Pro Tip: The Account Information including Company Name, Address, VAT (TAX) number, etc. that is set up under Account > Account Details will be reflexted on your invoices. 

How to view detailed receipts of your payments

 Navigate to  Account > Plans & Billing

 In the Payment History section, click Receipt to view a specific receipt

How to cancel your Paid Account

 Navigate to  Account > Plans & Billing

 Click  Cancel Subscription

 Click Unsubscribe now to cancel your subscription

How to delete your Account 

Deleting your Databox Account is irreversible, so be sure this is the change you want to make. Deleting your Account cancels your Databox subscription as well.

 Navigate to  Account > Account Details

 Click Delete Account

 Click the red Confirm button to delete your Databox Account
