How much historical data is synced when you first connect Klaviyo to Databox?

When you connect a new Klaviyo Data Source in Databox, 3 years worth of historical data is initially synced.

Certain Metrics may have more or less historical data available. For more information about the amount of historical data available for a specific Metric, please contact our Support Team at help@databox.com.

Pro Tip: Once your Klaviyo Data Source is connected and actively syncing data, we store the data that's collected in our own database. This allows us to accumulate more data over time as more data syncs are made so that you can report on more historical Klaviyo data in your Databox reports. Learn more here

What time zone does Klaviyo data sync in?

Klaviyo data is synced in the time zone set in the Klaviyo Account. The Timezone is automatically retrieved from your Klaviyo profile once your Klaviyo account is connected to Databox.

For example, if your Klaviyo Account time zone is set as EST, your Klaviyo data will sync with Databox in EST.

Granularity Restrictions

  • Due to API limitations, Quarterly, Yearly and All time granularity is not supported. This may affect visualization options for Charts in Databox.

For example, if a Klaviyo Metric is used on a Line or Bar Chart with Yearly Date Range selected, Quarterly data won't be displayed on the Chart.
However, the big number above the Chart will accurately reflect the Metric value for the selected Date Range.
