Campaign Monitor is an email marketing platform used to design and send campaigns, manage subscriber lists, set up automated email journeys, and track engagement across opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes. It gives marketers detailed visibility into how individual campaigns and lists perform over time. Connecting Campaign Monitor to Databox brings that data into shared Databoards alongside your other metrics, so you can report on the full impact of your email program without switching between tools.

Connection

Before you begin

If your credentials don't include full access to the data source, make sure your access level meets any permission requirements listed in the Specification section of the integration's page in the Metric Library.

Step 1: Sign in to Campaign Monitor

To connect Campaign Monitor to your Databox account for the first time, a Campaign Monitor login page will open. Enter your Email and Password and click Continue, or use Log in with your company domain (SSO) if your organization uses single sign-on.

If you've already established a connection, you can reuse it to add new clients, as long as those clients are accessible with the existing connection's credentials.

Step 2: Select a client

After signing in, select the Campaign Monitor client account you want to connect to Databox. Each client must be added as a separate data source.
