How to use Query Builder to sync more historical data

The amount of historical data that initially syncs with Databox differs for each Data Source depending on a number of factors. From there, more historical data is accumulated over time. Learn more here.

Pro Tip: This workaround is only necessary for integrations that have not been updated to support the Custom Date Range (CDR) functionality. Once integrations are CDR-compliant, the maximum amount of historical data syncs for every active Metric.

In order to achieve your reporting objectives, you may need access to more historical data than is available for Basic Metrics. For certain Data Sources, this is possible using Query Builder. Learn which Data Sources have Query Builders available here

Query Builder is available in Plus and Business Accounts. Agency Basic Accounts have access to Query Builder in the Agency Account only. Request a trial of Query Builder by following these steps.
