How do I upgrade my Databox Plan?


 Navigate to  Account > Plans & Billing


 Click on the  Change Plan hyperlink at the top of the Plan table

If you don't see this option available, you may be on a Custom Plan or you've been grandfathered into the old pricing model. If this is the case, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] so we can help with your upgrade. 

  Click the button at the bottom of the plan you want to move to
  After selecting the appropriate subscription model, click the green Change plan button at the bottom of the Change subscription window
