How to downgrade to a Free Account
This document outlines how to downgrade a paid Databox Account to a Free Databox Account.

Before downgrading your Databox Account, you must check your Account(s) to ensure they fall below the Free plan limits.

What are the limits for a Free Account?
If you are a direct business user, the limits for a Free Account are as follows:
- Maximum of 3 Databoards
- Maximum of 3 Data Sources
- Maximum of 3 Users
To check the number of Databoards and Data Sources you have in your Account, navigate to Account > Plans & Billing.
What are the limits for an Agency Free Account?
If you are an Agency user, the limits for an Agency Free Account are as follows:
- Maximum of 10 Databoards, 10 Data Sources, and 5 Users in your Agency Account
- Maximum of 10 Client Accounts
- Maximum of 3 Databoards, 3 Data Sources, and 3 Users in each Client Account
To check your Agency Account limits and to determine the number of Client Accounts you have added, navigate to Account > Plans & Billing.
To check the number of Databoards and Data Sources you have in each your Client Accounts, navigate to the Clients page.
How to downgrade to a Free Account
Once you have verified that your Account(s) falls below the Free plan limits, follow the steps below to downgrade your Account.
Navigate to Account > Plans & Billing
Click on the Change Plan hyperlink at the top of the Plan table
