How to Find Help

If our help resources don’t answer your question, or if you are experiencing a problem, please get in touch. We will answer promptly, usually within three hours during our regular business hours ( 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday, Central European Time - CET). For tickets received outside of our normal business hours, we will reply as soon as possible.

To create create a support ticket, just click the Help icon at the bottom-right corner of our web application. Enter the required fields and click on "Send a Message". To create a support ticket from our mobile apps, please navigate to Account > Help & Support and click into the "Talk to Us" section.
