How do I change my email address?
Currently, it is not possible to change your email address directly from your profile settings. If you want to replace your current email address with another one, or just update existing one please contact our support team.
Don't forget to include more information (existing email address and the new email address that you would like to use).
When we receive your request, we will get in touch with you to verify your new email address. We would like to make sure that you are indeed the owner of the account before we make the change.
Remember that each email address can only be associated to one Databox account at a time.
